When a pregnant women enters into the fifth week of pregnancy she goes through certain developmental stages of her baby. The main changes that a pregnant woman goes through are the layers formation and development in the fifth and sixth weeks of pregnancy.
The embryo is in the uterus and cells are growing and multiplying furiously.  In the 5 weeks pregnant women, the embryo is still like a small tadpole. The tadpole is composed of three layers: ectoderm- the outer layer, mesoderm-middle layer and endoderm- inner layer. All these layers later transform into different organs and tissues of the fetus. One of the main developments in the 5 weeks pregnant women is neural tube. Later, this tube leads to formation of brain, spinal cord, backbone and the nerves. These all form from the top layer which is ectoderm. Not only this, the top layer helps in origination of nails, tooth enamel, skin and hair. In the middle layer, heart and the circulatory systems develop. The heart which forms in this week also divides into different chambers. At the end of this week the heart also starts pumping blood. The middle layer namely known as mesoderm also forms subcutaneous, cartilage and bones of the baby. The third and the layer named as endoderm leads to formation of lungs, urinary tract, intestine, liver and pancreas.
The five weeks pregnant women placenta and umbilical cord also are in the phase of development and are also performing their main duty that is to deliver nourishment and oxygen to the baby in required quantity.  There are some of the symptoms which are related with the five week pregnant women like sore breast, fatigue, and urination. What Changes are suspected in 3 and 4 weeks of pregnancy?

In third and fourth week of pregnancy, your baby stays like a jumbled cells cluster form which is composed of hundreds of cell. You baby is still a small ball which is also termed as blastocyst. At that stage, cells divide madly. The lining of the uterus grows well and placenta is also in the stage of development.
What changes are suspected in 3 weeks pregnant women? There is a lot going inside of you as cells are multiplying and growing. When the hCG hormone is released by the placenta of the expecting mother, then the ovaries receives the message of stop producing eggs. Estrogens and the progesterone hormone is being released as well which helps in growth of the placenta and keeps the lining of the uterus thick. You need to go through some pregnancy tests in order to determine either you are pregnant or not. The hCG hormone is also named as the pregnancy hormones as it determines the pregnancy of the women. It is being released by placenta.
Amniotic fluids also starts producing and get accumulated around the baby. The amniotic sac is the place where it gets accumulated and acts as a cushion for the growth of the baby. Placenta is still in the developing stage so the amniotic fluid delivers all the essential nutrients to the baby. In the 3 week pregnant women placenta is not developed well enough to perform its functions well enough. The 3 weeks pregnant symptoms includes: spotting as it is the phase in which implantation is taking its place. The reason is that egg goes into the uterus. You might be feeling vomiting and nausea in the morning. Nausea and vomiting are also some of the symptoms.
Now coming to 4 weeks pregnant women, placenta is still growing. N this week, embryo is most probably in the second week of development. The baby is getting the nourishment through the uterus lining secretions. The 4 weeks pregnant women layers of the cells perform specialized function as outer layer will transform into nervous system, skin and hair and the inner layer will become breathing system, digestive system, and middle layer will become the skeleton like muscles, circulatory system, kidneys and bones. If you are 4 weeks pregnant and bleeding is excessive then it is not a normal sign. You must consult your midwife. The tip for the given week is to take multivitamin which must contain minimum of 400 micrograms of folic acid. They will prevent baby from any of the complication for brain and spinal cord formation.
