First Week of Pregnancy: What’s happening inside?


Newly conceiving mothers are most likely with a lot of confusions and questions regarding pregnancy. Most of the pregnant women stay unaware in their first week of pregnancy as there are not any prominent signs or symptoms.
You will not get the sight of the embryo in the 1 week pregnant women. You need to wait for at least two weeks to look into. With each passing week you will feel changes in your body and also development of the fetus. Doctors gives the date of conception from the last cycle due date. When the cycle initiates, for about twenty eggs starts ripening and it takes place in the follicles which are in actual the fluid filled sacs. One of the follicles gets matured or ripens and releases an egg which travels up to the fallopian tubes. It is the place where it gets fertilized with the sperm. It helps in determining the lifestyle changes, environmental hazards which may bring anything negative in the growth of the fetus.
The 1 week pregnant symptoms includes: vomiting, mild ache in the back, bleeding also starts in some of the pregnant women. You might also feel headache. These symptoms are just mild enough and will go away as your pregnancy gets mature. Bleeding may cause issue if it is not light and heavy. The reason is that heavy bleeding increases the risks of miscarriage in the pregnant women.  It is being estimated that for about twenty percent of the chances of conceiving are there in a month in normal women.
Apart from first week, 2 weeks pregnant women symptoms are also same likely the first one. The reason is that first and second week both are almost with same signs. Midwifes and medical experts are of the view that 2 weeks pregnant women must take folic acid in 400micrograms as it helps in nurturing your baby and prevents from neural tube defects. This must be taken in the given amount in the first and second week of pregnancy. You can take it either by eating folic rich foods or by purchasing it over the counter.
What are the 2 weeks pregnant symptoms? The cervical mucus get increased and also its consistency changes. The mucus would become thick, creamy and sticky. There is no need to see such symptoms are they are signs of your pregnancy and depicts that your pregnancy is going good. In early weeks like first and second, pregnant women is required to work heavily on her diet as it is crucial.
